Privacy policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible. The Beau-Tie iOS app collects nothing at all — your risk analyses stay on your device. The web tools work locally in your browser by default, and only store data with us if you create an account and choose to save to the cloud. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't use third-party tracking.

Beau-Tie iOS app

The Beau-Tie app for iPhone and iPad does not collect, transmit, or share any data. Everything you create is stored as files on your device, under your control. The app makes no network requests, requires no account, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. If you share or export a file, it goes only where you send it.

Web tools

The tools at montyco.app (Beau-Tie, PRQ, GeoRisk and related pages) run in your browser. Your work is kept in your browser's local storage by default and never leaves your device unless you export it or sign in and save to the cloud.

If you create an account, we store your email address, the profile details you choose to enter (such as name, role, company and industry), and the risk records you save. This data is used solely to provide the service — signing you in, syncing your records, and pre-filling your documents. It is hosted with our database provider (Supabase) and is not shared with or sold to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Any cookies present exist only to keep you signed in.

Your rights

Your data is yours. You can export your records at any time in an open JSON format, and you can delete your saved records or your account whenever you like. On iOS, deleting the app (or its files) removes everything, because nothing is stored anywhere else.
